Aluminum Powder Coating
Our aluminum base material is subjected to an 9-stage process to cleanse, prepare and coat the aluminum for a finish that lasts a lifetime.
Our powder coating process's corrosion resistant abilities far surpass those of painted surfaces and have a “no-mar” polyester powder top coat. This dual coating not only provides resistance from weathering but also reduces scratch & burnishing marks typically encountered during shipping.
Once completed, the 7-stage pre-treatment will have removed everything from the surface of the aluminum that might inhibit the finish from properly adhering during the next 2-stage coating process.
