Ameristar acquires Atlas Security Products Inc. in the US

We are pleased to announce that on September 6, 2023, Ameristar Perimeter Security acquired the assets of Atlas Security Products Inc., a leading designer and supplier of perimeter security products and solutions. Atlas Security Products Inc. is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland with operations that cover the globe.

Atlas Security Products was founded in 2007 and is a respected market leader in design and supply of perimeter security products and solutions, including anti-ram vehicle barriers, bollards, cable fence, and plate barriers. Notable products include an M50/P1 rated cable fence barrier with patented technology recognized as an approved technology on the Department of Defense anti-ram vehicle barrier list.
