Our dedicated training team has put together in depth and specialized classes to help you grow and succeed with Ameristar products. Each class takes place at our headquarters in Tulsa, OK. If you are unsure which class is right for you and your goals, view the descriptions below or reach out to your local sales person here.
Building on Basics
For fence contracting companies. An introductory class to Ameristar as an organization and our ornamental fence solutions. During your visit, you will learn about the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial fencing as well as our Engineered Gates and many other products available.
Please note: If you have attended a previous class in the past 3 years, you are not eligible to attend.
The Building on Basics class is ideal for all applicable personnel at your company, including: owner, estimator, sales manager, and sales reps. The seminar consists of a day and a half day concluding at 2pm. Your visit will include the following activities and discussion topics:
- Overview of Ornamental Fence and Engineered Gate applications, codes and standards
- Learn the solutions and resources Ameristar has available to help you scope, bid, and install your project
- Learn how to upsell and set yourself apart from the competition
- Tour of manufacturing facilities
- Get to know your Inside sales team
Perimeter Solutions Seminar
For fence and security contracting companies. This advanced course focuses on High Security and Crash Rated applications and solutions. You will leave this class as an expert in high security fencing, bollards and barriers with the tools you need to scale your career.
Please note: If you have attended a previous class in the past 3 years, you are not eligible to attend.
The Perimeter Solutions Seminar is ideal for all applicable personnel at your company, including: owner, estimator, sales manager, and sales reps.
The seminar consists of a day and a half day concluding at 1pm. You will fly into Tulsa the night before the scheduled seminar. Your visit will include the following activities and discussion topics:
- Overview of our Impasse II, Matrix, and Stalwart product lines
- Overview of our barrier, bollard, and wedge product lines.
- Learn the tools and resources Ameristar has available to help you during scope, bid, and installation of your job.
- Hands-on component demonstration.
- Learn how to upsell and set yourself apart from the competition
- Tour of manufacturing facilities
Distributor Training
Designed for our distribution (wholesale) partners to get an in-depth understanding of our industry, Ameristar product solutions and catalog literature, enabling your team to be the go-to resource for customers on Ameristar's offerings.
Please note: If you have attended a previous class in the past 3 years, you are not eligible to attend.
The Distributor Training class is ideal for all applicable sales and management personnel at your company.
The seminar consists of two full days followed by a half day concluding around 2pm. Your visit will include the following activities and discussion topics:
- Overview of our Residential, Commercial, Industrial, High Security and Crash Rated applications, codes and standards
- Learn the solutions and resources Ameristar has available to help you succeed
- Learn our product features and benefits that help you to upsell and set yourself apart from the competition
- Hands-on component demonstration
- Tour of manufacturing facilities
- Get to know your Inside sales team

Ameristar works with Spears Travel Agency to arrange flights. After your registration is processed, we will send out the information you need to book flights.
You will fly in to Tulsa, OK the day before class begins.
Ameristar handles all hotel bookings as well as transportation to and from headquarters.
